Welcome Swardeep Sansthan |
|
 |
|
|
| |
The main objectives of special education given at swardeep
sansthan are the same as those of regular education: The o
ptimal development of the individual as a skillful, free and p
urposefully person, able to plan and manage his own life, an
d to reach his highest potential as an individual. Since the go
als of education are the same for both the normal and the di
sabled, it is generally agreed that if a handicapped child can
manage successfully in an ordinary school he should go the
re. Teaching the hearing impaired (deaf) child to talk is inde
ed a great achievement and helping him speak appears to be
one of the greatest challenges. But Special educators of swa
rdeep sansthan are trying their level best to make these child
ren to speak and they are getting results of their efforts. This
in itself is quite a complex and difficult task. |

It requires intelli gent sustain efforts and dedication
on part of the teachers and the staff of swardeep is doing their job with heartily dedication and l
ove. Because We feel that without love, care sincerity and dedication we can’t get any output aft
er doing a lot of efforts with disabled.
For hearing-impaired children, the mode of communication used in the classroom varies according
to the children’s ages and needs.
Although a mainly oral approach is used, and effective listening
skillsencouraged, lipreading and gestural support are provided. We are doing all efforts with the d
isabled to join them to the mainstream without any help from any sector of the society. And we a
re looking for a positive support.
